Filling line/Rinser-filler-capper machine

The line consists of washing(rinsing), filling, and capping, all in line, and can be individually controlled, The line was specifically designed for PET bottles but is suitable for accurate filling of light viscosity liquids, like water, tea, drinks, wine and etc. All parts stainless steel and filling is extremely accurate and troble free, the line need minimum maintance, and filling speed can be adjusted. Production capacity for the 12 head rinser, 12 head filler, and single head capper for (500ml bottles)is 3000 bottle/hr for 18 head filler is 4000bottle/hr. 24head filler is 6000 bottle/hr.
